Add express shipping to your order for $3.00.

After your order is processed shipping will take up to 3 working days nationwide. Please allow 2 days for processing.

Returns

BLAKSAND does not offer refunds on goods due to change of mind. We only offer a refund if the garment is faulty beyond repair or if the bikini in the same style is unavailable for exchange. Refund or exchange policy only applies if the below terms are met:

  • Faulty products must be returned 14 days from date of purchase.
  • The goods must not have been worn or used, washed, damaged after delivery, or any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken.
  • All products must be returned in their original condition with original tags as sold when shipped.

Returns can not be submitted without contacting customer service first contact@blaksand.com.

Sale items will not be accepted for refund only exchange. Refunds will be issued excluding the original shipping cost.

  • How do I organise a return?
    Simply email contact@blaksand.com and we will provide you with all the details you need including the returns address. Please note that BLAKSAND is not responsible or accountable for the loss of garments being returned. We recommend using a registered postal service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details.
  • What if my order arrives damaged or faulty?
    For faulty garments please email contact@blaksand.com so that our returns team can arrange for the faulty goods to be repaired or replaced as soon as possible. You will need to return items with all tags in place. You will be compensated for postage in all faulty return circumstances. We will access the fault upon return of the garment and reserve the right to repair or replace. If the item is no longer in stock, a full refund will be issued.
